In just two days, we’ll wrap up our tenth summer together! As we look back over these amazing ten years, beyond the 1000+ hours of programming and 300+ workshops, what truly stands out is the incredible confidence our participants have gained.
We’ve created an environment where teens can experience radical joy, imagination, and empowerment. Because of this, we’ve seen an 84% increase in confidence across both of our programs. This confidence spills over into their STEM skills and real-world situations.
Red, a 2024 Fellow, shares: “My experiences at OP helped me mature and come to some realizations. It also prepared me for college in a way. I got to know everyone, and I learned to work with people and ask for help when I needed it.”
